​We don't do fad or unrealistic diets! We adjust your eating habits to work with your individual metabolism.

Our Nutrition plans are designed for each person's energy requirements, health needs and goals. 

 

We cater for all Health issues including Gastric surgery, Menopause, Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Autoimmune disorders, Insulin Resistance, Celiac, IBS, Food allergies and many more. 


We have found that boring and, or, restrictive meal plans are not sustainable long term, and understand that everyone has different likes and dislikes when it comes to their food choices. 

Our nutritionist was once a chef and has made our recipes as basic as possible but there are also more detailed recipes if you prefer.
 
We do the hard part for you, we count your calories but more importantly, your macronutrients such as Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats.  We let you choose the foods and we just balance it out for you.  

 

Nutrition plays a big role in keeping our bodies healthy and learning what foods are right for you and how much you should be eating is key to losing and then maintaining a healthy weight. 
Our aim is to teach you the how's and why's so you can carry on into maintenance and succeed long-term.
